Texas Livestock Laboratory’s Return & Refund Policy
1. The Return Window. We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date your order was received.
2. Eligible Condition. To qualify for a refund, all items must be:
Unused and in their original, undamaged condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Perishable or customized/made-to-measure goods
Animal medications, ex: CIDRS
4. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at contactchasingbanners@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Shipping Costs: Returns are free.
5. Processing & Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
